THE VISITING NURSE SERVICE OF NEW YORK (VNSNY)
IS THE LARGEST NOT-FOR-PROFIT HOME HEALTH CARE
AGENCY IN THE UNITED STATES, AND ONE OF THE
OLDEST. THEY HAVE BEEN PART OF THE FABRIC OF
NEW YORK CITY SINCE 1893. VNSNY OFFERS A
COMPREHENSIVE ARRAY OF HOME- AND COMMUNITY-
BASED SERVICES, PROGRAMS AND HEALTH PLANS TO
MEET THE DIVERSE MEDICAL AND PERSONAL CARE
NEEDS OF PATIENTS, MEMBERS AND CLIENTS,
REGARDLESS OF AGE, DIAGNOSIS OR ABILITY TO
PAY. THEY PROVIDE OVER $30 MILLION IN
CHARITABLE CARE TO THE UNINSURED AND
UNDERINSURED IN THE NYC COMMUNITY.
THE DONORS TO VNSNY UNDERSTAND THE NEED FOR
HOME HEALTH CARE AND ARE WILLING TO GENEROUSLY
SUPPORT THIS MISSION.
VNSNY SERVES ALL FIVE BOROUGHS OF NEW YORK
CITY AS WELL AS IN NASSAU, SUFFOLK, AND
WESTCHESTER COUNTIES AND PARTS OF UPSTATE NEW
YORK.

Mailers choosing not to make their list available may be subject to a nonreciprocal fee on rentals.
*Any quantity below minimum is subject to a flat fee plus applicable base, select and additional
charges. On quantities below 5,000 a $200/flat fee is imposed, Below 1,000 the fee is $350/flat.
Full payment is required on orders not cancelled prior to the maildate. If exchange, status will
remain as ordered. Orders cancelled by mailer prior to mail date are subject to a $200.00/flat
cancellation fee plus running and shipping charges.
