INTERNATIONAL RUNS THE ONLY PERMANENT GORILLA
SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH SITE IN THE WORLD (RWANDA)
AS A BASE TO GATHER DATA FOR DEVELOPING
CONSERVATION STRATEGIES AND RUN ANTIPOACHING
PATROLS. THE FUND EMPLOYS NATIVE RWANDANS AS
TRACKERS AND PARTNERS WITH LOCAL PEOPLE,
GOVERNMENTS AND UNIVERSITIES TO PROTECT
GORILLAS AND THEIR HABITATS IN AFRICA.
