2. Names in the News makes every effort to provide accurate information in both the public and private areas of our sites and we will never knowingly publish incorrect data. However, we reserve the right to correct, update or otherwise modify published data without penalty once we are made aware of errors or inaccuracies. This would include notifying the user of revised file counts, base prices and select fees, shipping costs, list descriptions, invoice totals, amounts due and similar details that reflect the dynamic nature of the list business.
